Biography
She comes from a family of former athletes: her mother practised athletics while her father played soccer. Both of them sustain her in her career, which began with alpine skiing and in particular downhill. A fall at 5 years of age made her change her mind and take up cross-country and then the biathlon: it was love at first sight. She is studying Russian because she has become very friendly with fellow-athlete Ekaterina Yurlova. In her free time, she likes reading, shopping and travelling.
