Biography
He began skiing when he was 5, but discovered the biathlon through his elder brother, Luca. He was 13 years old and – after trying the calibre 22 - left off cross-country skiing to take up the new sport. He has a school-leaving diploma, is spokesman for Livigno and is well-liked by his teammates because of his ability to tackle every situation with a smile. Mother Lucia and Father Angelo are his number-one fans. His motto is “always believe in what you are doing”. He dreams of taking part in the Olympic Games and likes travelling to soak up the art and culture of every part of the world.
