Biography
He became the father of Alina and – after 3 years – suddenly found himself on the World Cup podium, his first giant slalom medal after those won in the slalom. This one had a special meaning because it was obtained on the Korean slopes which will be hosting the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Games. He has a score to settle with the five rings tied to his 4th place in Sochi 2014. He loves cycling and is well known for having cycled for 3110 kilometres together with Fischnaller as far as the Russian location – in stages of 200 kilometres. He has also taken part in the University Games, where he made the podium as a student of Business Economics.
