Biography
She began skiing when she was a year and a half, pouncing with a pair of plastic skis. Snow is in her DNA: her mother Maria Rosa was an advanced-level skier, while her father Daniele was a ski instructor. However, she was enrolled at the ski school of Courmayeur by her grandmother Adriana, while her mother was away as a journalist at the Lillehammer Olympics. With a world silver in the bag, won in giant slalom in Garmisch in 2011 and five victories in the World Cup, the versatile skier aims to conquer a podium in the Korean Olympics.
