Biography
After a break caused by an injury in 2016, Italy has its captain back. The pilot is from the Cadore area and also won a bronze medal at the World Championships in the two-man bobsleigh event in St. Moritz in 2007, a bronze medal at the European Championships in Cesana in 2008, and third place in the final rankings of the World Cup in 2011. Bobsleighing is part of his DNA, and he inherited this passion from his father. He still experiences his love of speed and the unique emotions he feels when he throws himself down the track, and he is ready to experience his fourth Olympics in PyeongChang.
