Biography
The first chapters of his racing career were written when he was six years old, on the frozen lake of Baselga di Pinè. Andrea had fun but could not stay on his feet, which is why his parents signed him up at the local Pinè ice skating club, at which point he fell in love with ice skating. He grew up with the legend of Enrico Fabris - now his assistant coach - and burst onto the scene in 2013 when he won two golds, one silver and one bronze at the World Junior Championships. His family has played a key role in his growth: as a surveyor with a passion for literature and philosophy, he spends his free time with friends, cycling and reading good books.
